DutiesRegistered Nurses shall be registered mental health nurses/general health services to work in communities, hospitals, care and nursing homes among others to coordinate the care of patients; liaise with patients, relatives and fellow professionals in the community/in-hospital treatment team and attending regular meetings to review and monitor patients` care plans; Visit patients in their homes or hospital to monitor progress; Assess patient’s behaviour and psychological needs; Identify whether and when patients are at risk of harming themselves or others among other duties.
